Western Neurological Associates, hosts Sub for Santa for the families of the deployed Utah National Guard.

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH —December 05, 2005—Western Neurological Associates, a pioneer of neurology in the Intermountain West, together with Utah Orthopaedics, has dedicated this holiday season to the families of the deployed Utah  National Guard.
Western Neurological Associates has been a long-time supporter of charitable causes within the community, and this year is no exception.  With the current number of service men and women stationed around the world, the Utah National Guard is an excellent group to focus on this year.

In hopes of sending some holiday cheer to these families who continue to give us so much, WNA and Utah Orthopaedics have teamed up to provide toys and clothing to these families.  “It is our hope to make their Christmas wishes come true.  After all, these families have given up so much to serve their country, it is the least we can do,” said Annette Edgren, Clinic Administrator, WNA, PC.

On Monday, 12/5/05, the gifts will be delivered to the Utah National Guard to be distributed to the families in need.  At 1:30 pm, on December 5th, the “Spirit of America” Corvette, owned by Ron Gunderson will arrive at Western Neurological Associates Imaging Center to pick up gifts.   At that time, there will be an opportunity for pictures and questions regarding this event.  Immediately following, the “Spirit of America”  Corvette will depart and deliver the gifts to the Utah National Guard.

In conclusion, it is the hope of WNA and Utah Orthopaedics that this event will encourage other clinics and organizations within the community to sponsor a charitable cause this holiday season.
